Rescue Dogs of Napa Valley
Your Dog(s) Page Info
First, thank you SO much for being a part of the very first Rescue Dogs of Napa Valley photo book! Without you, this wouldn’t have been possible.
This passion project of mine has certainly got amazing support from the community; Jameson Humane, the Napa County Animal Shelter, the Wine Country Animals Lovers rescue group, BANG! wine country networking group and the Yountville Chamber of Commerce have all helped to make this a huge success. I’m so very thankful to them all.
In addition, the Napa Marketplace magazine interviewed me last week and is writing a featured article about the photo book which will be published the first week of January 2024! Be on the lookout – some of your beautiful dogs photos will be in the article too!
With this said, the book is set to be ready to purchase on February 15th, 2024! I know I initially said that I wanted it to be ready by Christmas but, who was I kidding?! I’ve never published a book before and I want to get it right! Stay tuned!
What's Next?
I believe that those who have rescued a dog (or multiple dogs) deserve to be celebrated! So, in addition to providing a short sentence about your beautiful dog(s), I would love to include your name on his/her/their page too. This is not mandatory by any means but I wanted to give you the option.
I also made the decision to allow each of you to dictate which Napa Valley shelter or rescue facility you would like your $25 to go to from your photoshoot payment you already made. I may be making more work for me, but I only thought it was the fairest way to do it.
So, please complete the short form below with the information requested and if I have any questions, I’ll be sure to reach out to you. Please note, due to the limited space on each page, please ensure the information around your dog(s) is short and sweet. Something along the lines of “Buster was rescued from ‘xyz rescue’ in 2016 and loves squeeky toys and chasing squirrels!” If you have more than one rescue dog, you may have a sentence for each. Should you sentence be too long, I may need to shorten it to fit.
Again, thank you so much for making this such a huge success and, most importantly, for being such a wonderful human being, rescuing your pet, and giving him/her another chance at an amazing, so very loved and happy life! 🥰 🐶
