Special Events
From birthday parties at exclusive vineyards, to grand openings with the Chamber, our special events photographer will capture all the important moments while you enjoy the day!
While we love gathering people together to take posed group shots, we REALLY love capturing moments as they happen – “candid captures” as they say! We won’t stop moving to get all the fun and/or important moments for you to have and enjoy for years to come.
What's Included?
- Initial phone call to discuss client's wants and expectations
- One week before event phone call to iron out all the details
- All travel costs (within a 20 mile radius of zip 94558)
- Early arrival to event for setup
- Photography services (minimum 2 hours)
- Secure online gallery to view photos
- Online purchase of photos
- Minimum of 40 professionally edited photos
- For 6+ hours of photography services, six (6) 8"x10" prints will be provided of your choice
Pricing for special events starts at $400 and is determined on the number of hours the event is. A minimum of two hours is required, which will equate to approximately 20 fully edited photos. Physical unframed photos, framed photos, those put on canvas or metal prints, photo albums and cards can be purchased for an additional fee which will be listed on the secure online gallery. Please note, it is customary that no professional photographer will provide unedited copies of their work. However, digital copies can be provided for an additional fee. Please ask about our non-profit discounts!
